Well, I guess it's been okay. Actually it hasn't really. I ate about a pound of candy yesterday and drank a bottle of red wine. AND didn't go to the gym. I'm sure that one day will undo the past four but I don't care. I am still going to try and stick with it. At least as much as I can. Today I went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weightlifting. Doesn't sound very impressive. Maybe 300 calories in total. Then came home and ate a huge salad, big bowl of soup and about 5 crackers with cream cheese on them. Now I'm having sushi. But I will not weigh in until the 28 days are over and I am HOPING I will be down to 160. That is my goal. 160 by April 9th.
